| Next Advisory Board session: WEDNESDAY, March 7, 2012, 3--5pm |
The purpose of LEAP's Advisory Board is to advise LEAP's Director and Board of Directors about what is working, as well as what needs to be changed in programming. Individuals who have been active with LEAP for at least a year may pursue a seat on the Advisory Board by:

attending 3 monthly meetings in a row

during their 3rd attendance, presentation to peer Advisory Board members about how they feel their participation would benefit the program, then
-
be voted in by active peer Advisory Board members.
Members of LEAP's Advisory Board participate actively in LEAP support services, follow Advisory Board BY-LAWS, attend monthly Advisory Board sessions and scheduled Board meetings, and LEAD BY EXAMPLE!
